Meet Sal Sardina — Owner of Inspired Electrical

Hi, I’m Sal Sardina, owner of Inspired Electrical. I started this company because I saw a real need for quality electrical work here in Santa Cruz and along the Central California coast. As a first-generation Italian American, I was raised to value hard work, long-term thinking, and doing the job right. After working in the trades for a while, I saw that electrical work had a strong future—especially in our area. That’s when I knew it was time to build something of my own.

I’ve been in the electrical industry for 9 years. Over that time, I’ve learned that it’s not just about wiring and tools—it’s about people. My favorite part of the job is talking with customers and getting to know their needs. I believe in clear communication from the first phone call to the final walkthrough. That’s why we offer 24/7 live answering, follow up after every job, and always treat your home with respect.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors. I love backpacking, mountain biking, and staying active. These things keep me grounded and help me bring energy and focus to the work I do every day.
